He is married to Jo, with four children, and is an enthusiastic cyclist and hockey player.

imageClare Hendry (Honorary Associate Minister)

Clare has lived in North London since 1986 when she moved down to lecture at Oak Hill Theological College. In 2011 she moved from working at St James Muswell Hill to Grace Church, where she works with women in the congregation and helps co-ordinate midweek groups (with her husband Steve). She has two children and in any spare time enjoys spending time with friends over food.

imageLucy Drane (Schools & Families Outreach Worker)

Lucy has enjoyed being part of the Grace Church family for over 10 years now, sometimes in an employed capacity in between having children.  She currently works as our Children and Families outreach worker, which involves engaging local families through various midweek groups and activities.  Lucy also works as a childminder in her spare time.  She is married to Phil and they have two young boys.  When not working, Lucy can be found putting her Textiles degree to good use by crocheting the odd lampshade.

Andrew joined Grace Church whilst a student at Oak Hill College and has stayed since then. He is part of our Sunday afternoon congregation and also helps with FIX, our group for 14 – 18s. His ‘day job’ involves seeking to speak about Jesus in public life – especially in the media, politics and the legal system.  Andrew acts as one of our Elders

Roger and his wife Elizabeth have been coming to Grace Church since the church was first planted. Roger organises the morning  bands and enjoys helping to lead praise and worship with the bands. He also leads one of our home groups which is hosted by the Gerber family. Roger is a local solicitor, a keen tennis player and an overly competitive volley ball player at our annual picnics!

Andrew was born and brought up in Muswell Hill where he became a Christian in his teens.  He, his wife Tracey and their four children have been members of Grace Church since it began.  Andrew works for the Christian charity where he is responsible for Risk and Compliance, and currently oversees the church’s finances as treasurer.

Andrew is part of ‘Grace Gang’ teaching team, he enjoys swimming and escaping to the countryside with his family and two collies.

Susy became a Christian whilst studying at Univerisity in Plymouth, experiencing the true joy, abounding freedom and limitless love that comes from knowing and walking alongside Jesus Christ. She is part of the tech and prayer team at Grace Church and as a Christian in the workplace Susy connects and represents young professionals as part of "Christians in Property". She loves the outdoors and exploring new places.

Rebecca has lived at one end or other of Colney Hatch Lane with her husband, and three daughters for the last 20 years. She works part time as a health visitor in Haringey and enjoys getting to know people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
She says: "I came to faith in Christ as a teenager, but am grateful that God continues to change and challenge me, transforming the most stubborn of his adopted children to be more like his Son!"
Rebecca has been involved in women’s and children’s ministries at Grace Church since its beginning. She enjoys spending time with the family, reading, cycling, running and growing strange looking vegetables on the allotment.

imageSusan Upcott

Sue attends Grace Church with her husband Simon and various of their grown up children as they come and go from Muswell Hill. Sue is grateful for the ministry of Christian youth camps where she first understood the meaning of Jesus' life, death and resurrection. She helps with the children's work at Grace Gang on Sundays and Chat and Play toddler group in the week. She also works part time as a children's physiotherapist. Sue enjoys any chance to spend time in the countryside or the green spaces of London.
